Project overview page
The project overview is the home screen for every project — the place to check status without diving into individual tabs.
What's on the page
Title strip — project name, status badge (Initiation/Planning/Execution/Closure), reference code.
Project description — what the project is about.
KPI cards —
- Project code
- Project manager
- Planned end vs forecast end (slip detection)
- Approved budget
- Contract value
- Actual start
Milestone progress bar — value delivered vs total planned (£X of £Y in delivered milestones).
RAID summary — count of open risks/issues/items + risk heat map.
Latest SOFT report — auto-drafted Strengths/Opportunities/Failures/Threats from project data, refreshable on demand.
Tabs across the top
- Overview (you're here)
- RAID — risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies
- SOFT Reports — periodic project assessments
- Plan — Tasks, Gantt, Milestones
- Finance — Budget, Actuals, EVM, Change requests
- Governance — Decisions, Lessons, Stakeholders, Comms
- People — Project members, RACI

Editing the project
Click the title or KPI tile to inline-edit. Some fields (status, RAG, dates) update with one click. Bigger changes (description, scope) open a modal.
Tip
If your project page feels empty, start with Plan → Milestones and RAID — these two populate the most useful parts of the Overview within minutes.
