Tasks and Kanban boards
Tasks are the unit of execution inside a project. Sageon Business gives you a Kanban board, sprint planner and burndown — same data, three views.
Three views on the same task list
Board — Kanban columns (Backlog · To Do · In Progress · In Review · Done). Drag-and-drop between columns to update status.
Backlog — flat list, sortable by priority/story points/assignee. Useful for grooming.
Sprint — current sprint scope with story-point total. Move tasks in/out of sprint.
Roadmap — timeline view of epics with date bars.
Charts — Burndown, Story points by epic, Tasks by status (pie).

- Title + description
- Epic (optional)
- Sprint (optional)
- Priority (Low / Medium / High / Critical)
- Story points (1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13)
- Assignee (from project team)

- Due date
Bulk editing
Tick multiple tasks → Bulk actions to:
- Move to a sprint
- Change status
- Reassign
- Add labels
Filters
Top of board: Epic ▾, Assignee ▾, Priority ▾. Combine for any view.
Tips
- Use epics to group tasks by feature/workstream, not by team. Teams should be in the Assignee.
- Estimate in story points, not hours. Hours are unreliable; relative sizing is fast and consistent.
- Move tasks to "Done" promptly. The Done column should clear weekly when you start the next sprint.
